This privacy policy explains how DistinctDev, Inc. (“Company”) collects information in our apps and games (“App”, “Game”) and how this information is used.
We do not directly collect or ask for information such as your full name, address, phone number or email address.
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.
Your game progress is stored locally on the device. Your game progress may be stored on iCloud or GameCenter depending on your device settings.
We do not directly collect or share your full name, address, phone number or email address with other companies.
Other information, such as device and usage information may be shared with 3rd parties, such as Ad Networks and Analytics providers. These providers, and their respective privacy policies, are outlined below.
Our games are free to download and play. One way our company makes money is by selling packs of in-game currency through the use of In-App Purchases (“IAP”).
IAP transactions are processed by Apple. Our company never receives your personal billing or payment information. For any billing inquiries or refunds, you must contact Apple (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084) as we do not have access to this information.
Your in-game currency balance is stored locally on your device, and may be stored on iCloud depending on your device settings. We are not responsible for lost or missing in-game currency. Since your in-game current balance is not stored on our servers, we are unable to give you in-game currency directly.
Our games are free to download and play. One way our company makes money by displaying advertisements inside of the game. We use an ad network mediation SDK to serve ads from different ad networks.
When you open the game, your device contacts our Company’s servers to download the latest game configuration. Our servers may receive basic device information and your IP address, but this information is only temporarily stored in system logs. It is not used for any specific purpose, other than occasional system debugging.
We also utilize various 3rd party analytics SDK’s to monitor the overall performance of the game. The data collected is aggregated and we typically can not see the details of a specific device or player. We track statistics such as, but not limited to:
You may opt-in to receive push notifications from the game. You can change this decision at any time in your device settings.
The app allows you to share the game and screenshots of the game with others. If requested, the game will provide you with a link which you can share. The link can track, in aggregate, how often the link is clicked or used to install the game. The link is not unique to you, and we can not see who you send the link to.

To operate the service, we also may make identifiable and anonymous information available to third parties in these limited circumstances: (1) with your express consent, (2) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, (3) when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property, or (4) to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets. Your consent will not be required for disclosure in these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent permitted by law to do so.
